Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Conveyancing Technician/CILEX lawyer.

We are looking to recruit a residential property solicitor, a licensed conveyancer, a conveyancing technician or a CILEX lawyer with 2+ years post qualification experience.

​

Key duties

  • The individual is expected to be confident in all areas of the Conveyancing process from inception to completion, working both independently and in a team.

  • You will be responsible for managing a caseload of property transactions from start to finish.

  • Files are expected to be managed in a timely and efficient manner, providing clients with high-quality legal advice and guidance throughout the transaction process.

  • Liaising with estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other professionals as required.

  • Dealing with Leasehold and Freehold property transactions, Transfers of Equity and Remortgages

Requirements

  • Strong legal and technical knowledge with experience of case management systems - we use LEAP.

  • Excel at client relationships

  • Excellent communicator and work well within a team

  • Experience managing a conveyancing caseload from pre to post-completion without support.

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

  • Team player and organised

  • Willing to play an active role in the team’s business development activities and will have a demonstrable drive to contribute to the company’s ongoing success.
