We tackle each legal hurdle head-on, letting you know about any actual or potential issues with the property and advising you on your options.  Whats more we do it all with a fixed legal fee and on a

'no sale, no fee' basis.  If your transaction does not complete you will only have to reimburse us for any disbursements we have paid out.
