The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancer, preferably a Licensed Conveyancer or qualified solicitor to join our small, close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own caseload while working in a practice where client care and teamwork are highly valued. You will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity New build transactions Shared ownership matters Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors Providing clear, practical advice throughout the transaction About You The successful candidate will: Preferably be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer/Solicitor with a current practising certificate. Have at least 2 years' post-qualification experience (although applications from candidates with different levels of experience will be considered). Be confident managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision. Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
